Beginning 12 months prior to the wedding day, your services will include 16 planning calls (to discuss wedding details, contracts, vendors, expectations), ceremony & reception coverage, timeline development for the wedding day details, curated vendor recommendations & referrals, vendor management, design questionnaire & design proposal, access to an online management system for organization & progress checks, setup & cleanup coverage, venue walk-through, wedding rehearsal and wedding day assistants based on guest count.
Grace In Motion: Wedding Coordination Services
Wedding Day Coordination Services is perfect for couples who have started the wedding planning journey and need guidance during the mid-planning stages to refine their vision and coordinate key details. This service is a combination of Month Of services and additional planning support. The service includes 7 planning calls (to discuss wedding details, contracts, vendors, expectations), timeline development for the wedding day details, ceremony & reception coverage, vendor coordination, approved vendor list, access to an online management system for guest seating, notes and organization, setup & cleanup coverage, venue walk-through, wedding rehearsal and wedding day assistants based on guest count.
